CrossFit ETHOS follows the The Process’ three-tiered program called LPC (Live, Perform, and Compete). It is designed to fill the needs of individuals with different levels of fitness and goal, while still providing a setting that makes group training both challenging and enjoyable.

Live

The LIVE Track is designed for people who like mixed workouts in CrossFit, but don’t aim to compete in the CrossFit sport. The program’s purpose is to get people ready for life’s different challenges by helping them become strong, fit, and well-balanced.

Perform

The PERFORM Track is for those who want to get better at CrossFit and are already getting the hang of all the main movements in this sport. This program is well-organized and gradually helps you improve, while also making sure you stay fit and healthy. People in the Perform program are usually experienced in dealing with weights and resistance training.

Compete

The COMPETE Track is made for athletes who really want to be competitive in CrossFit. It’s all about getting ready for the annual CrossFit Open and getting used to the movements commonly tested in competitions. People who choose this program have been doing CrossFit for years and are really good at all the main movements.
